Sr. Engineer, Construction Quality- Electrical & ELV

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for oil & gas facilities using AIS, GIS, HT panels, LV panels, QC equipment, SLDs, switchgear, transformers.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on electrical installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to electrical engineering projects.
• Develop detailed designs for electrical systems from conceptualization to commissioning.

Job Requirements :

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering (Master’s preferred).
8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Electrical and I&C packages in industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgears (AIS/GIS), busducts, LV/HT panels, and cable management systems.
Experience in ELV systems, instrumentation sensors, and control systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and control schematics.
Familiarity with IEC, IS, IEEE, and other electrical/instrumentation standards.
Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, and field inspection protocols.
Experience with third-party Quality Control agencies will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
