    We are seeking an Azure Engineer to deliver planned engineering services across clients' existing Azure environments. This role reviews and tunes configurations, assesses the supportability of planned deployments, and helps clients prepare for Azure product changes and future improvements.




    You will work with the Client Success Manager and client stakeholders to prioritize work, estimate effort, document findings, and perform approved changes. You will also serve as a support engineer for cases within your designated product specialty, providing technical analysis and troubleshooting in coordination with the support team. The support team coordinates incident ownership and client communications; incident work is tracked separately from proactive engineering hours.

      Review configurations across client Azure subscriptions and recommend practical improvements.

      Perform supportability reviews ahead of planned Azure migrations and deployments.

      Identify dependencies and operational gaps in proposed Azure changes.

      Advise clients on relevant Azure capabilities and product changes that could improve existing environments, including cost and operational implications.

      Build and maintain working knowledge of each client's technology, processes, stakeholders, and operational priorities.

      Identify migrations, new landing zones, major implementations, and other requests requiring separately scoped project work.





    Required qualifications

      Strong working knowledge of Azure administration, including subscriptions, identity and access, networking, compute, storage, monitoring, security, and governance.

      Experience assessing production Azure environments and turning findings into practical, prioritized recommendations.

      Ability to independently evaluate supportability and perform changes through client change-control processes.

      Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure administration tools.

      Strong documentation, effort-estimation, and client communication skills.

      Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).






    Preferred qualifications

      5-7 years of relevant hands-on Azure engineering experience, including enterprise client experience.

      Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).

      Experience with Bicep or Terraform, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Entra ID.

      Experience delivering planned engineering work across multiple clients.
