About this role
- Supervise all hotel operations during the duty shift, including front office, housekeeping, food beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure excellent guest service by promptly addressing guest requests, complaints, and emergencies.
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain smooth operational flow and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to maintain quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate major issues to senior management as needed.
- Manage staffing levels and delegate tasks to duty team members effectively.
- Prepare shift reports detailing incidents, guest feedback, and operational updates.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold hotel policies and service standards.
- Support and implement hotel policies and emergency procedures.
- Act as the hotel representative in the absence of senior management during the shift.
