Synaptics is looking for a Sr. Digital Design Engineer to join our dynamic and growing EECD organization. You will be responsible for the WLAN PHY architecture / design / implementation of Wi-Fi 7/8 chips for the IOT market. Primary responsibility would be to drive Synaptics Wi-Fi PHY Architecture for all market tiers, covering features and scalability, keeping in mind power consumption and cost of the product. Responsibilities will include coordinating with multiple teams on specifications, design deliverables, handoff, verification, and timing closure. This role will work closely with Systems/RF/Analog/SW/Validation teams for productizing WLAN/BT combo chips for home IOT and automotive markets. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Engineering, Bluetooth.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering or related field or equivalent 5+ years of experience in the design and delivery of IPs Belief in Diversity
