About this role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with years of experience to design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (GKE).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI,ArgoCD or CloudBuild.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
Required Skills
- Experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services:
- Compute Engine
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
- Cloud Storage
- BigQuery
- Pub/Sub
- IAM & Networking
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or Java).
- Good understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Google Cloud Monitoring
