Serve as a senior Salesforce developer responsible for designing customizing and integrating Salesforce and nCino solutions for financial services clients in a hybrid work model. Apply deep expertise in Salesforce configuration Lightning development and complex integrations to deliver secure scalable and compliant platforms that streamline finance and accounting operations and enhance business outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced Salesforce and nCino solutions that optimize core banking and lending processes while aligning with enterprise finance and accounting objectives and compliance standards.Develop scalable custom applications within Salesforce using Lightning components and Apex to support complex financial workflows and ensure robust performance across high volume business operations.Configure Salesforce objects fields page layouts record types and automation rules to model detailed finance and accounting processes in a way that is maintainable and aligned with organizational data governance practices.Build and manage secure Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems including financial applications and data platforms to enable seamless data exchange and reliable end to end transaction visibility.Customize nCino workflows and user interfaces to streamline origination underwriting servicing and reporting activities while ensuring that users in finance and accounting functions can operate efficiently and accurately.Analyze business requirements from stakeholders in finance and operations and translate them into detailed technical designs and implementation plans that balance configuration customization and integration approaches.Optimize existing Salesforce and nCino configurations by reviewing automation validation rules and data structures to improve system usability data quality and overall stability for business users.Implement robust error handling logging and monitoring practices for Salesforce integrations and customizations to minimize system disruptions and provide clear diagnostics for support and incident resolution teams.Collaborate with product owners and functional experts to prioritize development activities in alignment with release schedules and to ensure that new features deliver measurable value to financial and accounting operations.Conduct thorough unit testing system testing and regression testing of Salesforce and nCino components to ensure that all changes meet quality expectations and do not introduce functional or performance issues.Document technical solutions configuration choices and integration flows in a clear and detailed manner so that support teams and future developers can maintain and extend the platform effectively.Mentor junior developers and configuration specialists by sharing best practices in Salesforce development integration patterns and nCino customization so that the broader team improves delivery quality and consistency.Coordinate with cross functional peers in security infrastructure and data management to ensure that Salesforce and nCino solutions comply with organizational standards and contribute to secure and reliable operations.Qualifications
Demonstrate six to ten years of experience in Salesforce development and customization with a strong track record of delivering complex solutions that support critical business processes.Possess deep hands on expertise in Salesforce configuration including object modeling automation tools and security settings applied to real world financial and accounting use cases.Show advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning development including component design performance optimization and modern user interface patterns that improve daily user productivity.Apply strong skills in Salesforce integration using APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce and nCino with core banking platforms finance systems and data warehouses.Bring practical experience in nCino implementation and customization within financial services environments with an understanding of lending compliance and reporting workflows.Offer domain knowledge in finance and accounting that enables effective collaboration with business stakeholders and accurate translation of functional requirements into technical solutions.Certifications Required
Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred along with nCino technical specialist certification or equivalent credential relevant to Salesforce and nCino solutions.
