Experience: 5-6 years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and enterprise solution delivery. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Salesforce Developer certification and demonstrate strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Administration, and SOQL.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Development and Customization
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop custom business logic using Apex, including classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Write optimized SOQL queries and work with Salesforce data models, objects, security, and automation.
2. Salesforce Administration and Configuration
- Configure and maintain profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and Flows.
- Maintain Salesforce security, access controls, automation, and platform configurations.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce platform capabilities, security standards, and development best practices.
3. Integrations and Enterprise Solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver effective solutions.
4. Testing, Deployment, and Support
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
- Follow Salesforce development standards, security practices, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in solution testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Required Technical Skills Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Proficiency in Apex, including triggers, classes, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data modeling.
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and implementing Salesforce integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Administration, security, automation, and platform capabilities.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must-Have Skills
- Valid Salesforce Developer certification - mandatory.
- Platform Developer I (PD1).
- Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Apex and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce customization and integrations.
- Ability to work the mandatory shift of 5:00 PM PDT - 2:00 AM PDT.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment practices and release management.
- Understanding of Salesforce development standards, code quality, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
