Job Summary

Sr Developer role in a hybrid work model focusing on building scalable Agentic AI solutions along with Power Automate RPA and Power Platform applications for enterprise clients in consulting and professional services domains. The role involves designing robust automation workflows optimizing business processes and delivering secure high quality solutions aligned with organizational goals and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Agentic AI solutions that automate complex business decision flows and enhance operational efficiency for enterprise stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
• Develop and optimize Power Automate RPA workflows that streamline repetitive tasks and reduce processing time while ensuring reliability and adherence to organizational quality standards.
• Build configure and extend Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate to create end to end business solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with consulting and professional services teams to understand client processes and translate requirements into scalable automation and AI driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Analyze existing manual and semi automated processes to identify automation opportunities and propose well structured Agentic AI and Power Platform based improvements that enhance productivity.
• Configure data connections and integration points between Power Platform solutions and enterprise data sources to ensure consistent data flow security and integrity across business applications.
• Conduct thorough unit integration and regression testing of all developed automation and AI components to maintain high stability minimize defects and support smooth production deployments.
• Document solution designs technical configurations and implementation details in clear and comprehensive formats that support ongoing maintenance onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide guidance to cross functional peers on best practices for leveraging Agentic AI and Power Automate RPA capabilities to solve business problems and align with company innovation objectives.
• Monitor performance of deployed Power Platform and RPA solutions analyze logs and metrics and apply tuning techniques that improve responsiveness scalability and user experience.
• Coordinate with product owners and business analysts during requirement refinement sessions to validate feasibility effort estimates and risk considerations for proposed automation initiatives.
• Support incident resolution and change requests related to Agentic AI and Power Platform solutions by investigating root causes implementing corrective actions and preventing recurrence where possible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new platform features AI capabilities and automation patterns and recommending practical adoption strategies that advance company and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess strong hands on experience in designing implementing and maintaining Agentic AI solutions with a focus on autonomous task orchestration and intelligent workflow optimization.
• Demonstrate deep practical expertise in Power Automate RPA including building complex flows working with connectors handling exceptions and optimizing performance for enterprise workloads.
• Bring solid experience in the broader Power Platform ecosystem such as creating model driven and canvas applications and using Power Automate to integrate app logic with organizational systems.
• Apply sound understanding of consulting and professional services domain processes to shape solutions that address client facing scenarios resource utilization tracking and engagement delivery needs.
• Utilize advanced problem solving skills and analytical thinking to diagnose issues in AI and automation solutions interpret usage patterns and design improvements that enhance reliability and user satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders when explaining solution options constraints risks and expected benefits to support effective decision making on automation initiatives.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate and relevant AI or automation credentials such as Microsoft Applied Skills for Power Automate RPA.
