Exposure to integrating AI/ML or GenAI services/APIs into enterpriseapplications will be an added advantage.
GenAI SDLC Tools Exposure: Exposure toGenAI-enabled SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similartools for code generation, code review, refactoring, unit test generation,documentation, debugging, legacy code understanding, and developer productivityimprovement.
Nice to Have Skills: Aurora DB, AWS EC2, S3, SecretsManager, Microservices, AWS SDK, Lambda, SQS, CodeArtifact, Jenkins,Linux/Unix, Gradle, AngularJS.
AWSSagemaker, AWS Bedrock/OpenAI API, vector databases, embeddings, RAG-basedsolutions, Python basics for AI/ML use cases, and experience withGenAI-assisted SDLC practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Java, Spring,Hibernate, and AWS services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand businessprocesses and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with internal and externalsystems. Support modernization of legacy applications using modern Java, cloud,and web technologies.
Explore and integrate AI/ML/GenAI capabilities where applicable,including document processing, intelligent search, data extraction, automation,and productivity improvement use cases.
Use GenAI SDLC tools responsibly to improve coding efficiency,code quality, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and legacy codeanalysis.
Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness,maintainability, security, and compliance with project coding standards.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, well-documented, secure, and efficient code.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices, codingstandards, and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance applicationfunctionality.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimalsupervision.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emergingtechnologies, cloud services, and AI/ML/GenAI advancements to continuouslyimprove skills and solution capabilities.
