Sr. Developer - CRM

We are looking for a Senior Developer/advanced practitioner with strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced problem-solving abilities, independent technical decision-making, and hands-on experience implementing AI solutions, prototypes, use cases, and automations. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of platform capabilities, API integrations, Dynamics 365 features, and Power Platform customization, with the ability to design and implement effective technical solutions with minimal guidance.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Solution Development and Implementation:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure components, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Make informed implementation decisions based on platform capabilities, technical constraints, and business requirements.
• Ensure solutions adhere to established development standards and best practices.

Azure and API Integration:

• Work with Azure services and components to develop, configure, and integrate business applications.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations across multiple platforms and systems.
• Apply knowledge of API architecture, authentication, integration patterns, and error handling.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges involving APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft business applications.

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Development:

• Develop and customize solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrate hands-on capability in plugin development, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, business rules, Canvas apps, and model-driven apps.
• Configure and manage security roles, permissions, and platform customizations to meet business requirements.
• Develop and customize business applications using appropriate Power Platform components.
• Leverage Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights, or Power Pages to build business-facing web portals, depending on project requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external applications and Azure services.
• Understand platform capabilities and limitations to select appropriate implementation approaches.

AI Solutions and Automation:

• Personally implement multiple AI solutions, use cases, prototypes, or automations.
• Translate AI-related requirements into functional, practical solutions.
• Evaluate suitable technologies and implementation approaches for AI-driven use cases.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency through AI and platform capabilities.
• Demonstrate practical knowledge of AI implementation challenges, solution design, and deployment considerations.

Advanced Problem-Solving and Technical Ownership:

• Independently analyze technical requirements and resolve implementation challenges with minimal guidance.
• Evaluate alternative technical approaches and make sound engineering decisions.
• Connect concepts across APIs, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform to deliver integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Demonstrate technical maturity, consistency, and ownership throughout the solution development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure components, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience in plugin development and JavaScript customization.
• Practical experience developing and configuring Power Automate flows and business rules.
• Experience building canvas apps and model-driven apps.
• Knowledge of security roles, permissions, and Dynamics 365/Power Platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Power BI, Power Pages.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and Azure concepts.
• Practical experience implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 features.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems.
• Hands-on experience implementing multiple AI solutions, prototypes, use cases, or automations.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of platform capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation best practices.
