Role Description The Sr Detailer PEB role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on detailing pre-engineered building structures and related steel components. The individual in this role will prepare detailed fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and shop sketches in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include interpreting architectural and structural drawings, coordinating with design engineers, and ensuring accurate modeling and detailing using appropriate CAD and detailing software. The Sr Detailer PEB will review and validate bill of materials, identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies, and collaborate with project managers, production teams, and site teams to support smooth fabrication and installation. This role also involves maintaining documentation, adhering to quality and safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of detailing processes and templates.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in steel detailing for PEB and structural steel, including preparation of fabrication and erection drawings.
• Hands-on experience with CAD and 3D modeling/detailing software commonly used in steel construction (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of structural engineering concepts, steel connections, codes, and standards relevant to PEB and industrial buildings.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and vendor documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, fabrication, logistics, and site execution teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality-checking capabilities to identify and resolve drawing or design inconsistencies.
• Relevant technical qualification such as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
