About this role
Senior Desktop Support Engineer
Experience : 4-8 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Experience in the following:
o Handling calls as per SLA related to:
E-Mail Configuration
Hardware, Desktops & Laptops
Printers & Scanners
Active Directory - Addition & Deletion
Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot
MS Office
o Working on Anti-Virus updates
o Working on OS - Windows latest version
o Updating CTS
2. Troubleshooting all network and application issues and provide recommendations to ensure better customer services
3. Documentation & MIS reporting
4. Compliance management and escalate issues if required
5. Team handling experience will be an advantage
Desired Candidate Profile:
BE/B. Tech, Diploma in (EEE / ECE / CSE / IT)
Good Communication Skills & Language proficiency
