Role Purpose

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development initiatives by engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Store Teams, and AssociatesManage multiple stores within the assigned geography, including maintenance, dealer coordination, and new store launchesCoordinate with Pricing, Order Processing, IT, Brand Team, and Design Cell to ensure seamless store operationsManage escalations and coordinate execution of high-value, high-profile projectsEnsure adherence to consultation processes, reporting standards, and project follow-upsEstablish quality standards for space planning, mood boards, and design presentationsSupport store profitability and business growth through upselling, cross-selling, training, and sales enablement initiativesDrive implementation of centrally launched business initiatives across stores

 Technical SkillsAbility to assess customer requirements and develop suitable design solutionsAbility to translate customer briefs into designs aligned to budget, lifestyle, and functional needsStrong understanding of space planning and aesthetic design principlesAbility to improve systems and processes based on business requirementsAbility to develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategiesStrong visualization and presentation skills through sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and 3D rendersGood knowledge of Asian Paints products and design-led selling practices
