About this role
Brief Job Description Requirement
- Engineering services design shall includes for various projects i.e. commercial, mixed use, hospitality, residential, high rise institutional etc.
- Internal plumbing system include water supply, soil, waste venting, rain water downtakes disposal systems based on rainfall intensity, basement drainage, subsoil drainage.
- External plumbing system include external water supply system design, external sewerage system and design of septic tank / sewage treatment plants, storm water drainage system and rain water harvesting design.
- Hydraulic design calculation for water supply, sewerage and storm water system through excel sheet.
- Project study for different alternatives system along with techno-commercial benefits.
- Sewage treatment system (STP) hydraulic design calculations, layout plan sections and tender documents.
- Water treatment system (WTP) design calculation based on available water analysis report.
- Hot water system includes solar panel, HWG, Steam boiler and heat pump etc.
- Swimming pool and water feature design, including filtration design, tender documents and BOQ.
- HSD Gas supply system design including design calculations and drawings.
- Fire Fighting system design including sprinkler, hydrants, water curtain, plant rooms and water tanks, fire extinguishers and gas suppression system.
- Preparation of design basis report, technical specifications, BOQ, cost estimates, services budget, value engineering report and peer review report.
- Design shall be in compliance with applicable local international codes and engineering standards / practices.
- Co-ordination for MEP services design within team and other consultants.
- Project team management, quality check for all deliverables, scheduling as per manhours / budget.
- Min Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering).
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and services related software.
