About this role
We are looking for a highly experienced Hardware Design Expert who can work with us on a full time/ part-time / consulting basis, with the flexibility to visit our office when required for critical design and review activities.
Role Overview:
- Support in schematic design, board bring-up, and debugging
- Review and validate high-speed, mixed-signal, and complex designs
- Guide the team on best practices in PCB design, SI/PI, EMI/EMC -Assist in resolving critical technical challenges
- Participate in design reviews and milestone checkpoints
Who Should Apply:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design
- Strong expertise in embedded systems, high-speed design, or power electronics
- Experience working with complex boards (SoMs, SBCs, RF, FPGA-based systems is a plus)
- Ability to mentor teams and drive design decisions
