Sr. Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory Sales & Discovery
• Lead deepdive discovery to shape the brief; align on lifestyle needs, Vaastu considerations. Focus to translate vague aspirational goals into concrete, luxury design briefs
• Moodboard understanding & creation; present tailored design narratives, concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations (using SketchUp, 3Ds Max) that reflect a high-end aesthetic
• Curation & Storytelling
• Curate luxury finishes (veneer, Italian marble, PU/lacquer, metal accents, premium hardware) and advise clients on investment-worthy design choices that enhance the long-term value of their property
• Conduct showflat journeys, host reference visits.
• Commercials & Closure
• Walk clients through transparent BOQs, alternates, and value engineering without diluting aesthetics.
• Drive upsell of lighting, surface upgrades, loose furniture, soft furnishings, premium home appliances and home automation.
• Stakeholder Orchestration
• Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and project teams; manage external partners when needed (lighting, automation, art).
• Handle multiinfluencer dynamics (elder family members, architects, Vaastu consultants) with discretion.
• Process Orientation
• Maintain Sales funnel with updates; book site/home appointments; follow up proactively.
• Monitor progress of the design implementation to maintain original design intent and ensure premium finish quality
