Required Experience: 5+ years as a Data Scientist (explicit)

Responsibilities

• Mine, process, and analyze event-level web, product, sales, and digital marketing data (both structured and unstructured).
• Design, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions and traditional machine-learning predictive models.
• Build and operationalize model activation strategies, including A/B testing, benchmarking, and production deployment (e.g., SageMaker, Airflow, APIs, RAG).
• Partner with data engineering and cross-functional teams to improve data quality, define feature requirements, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Python (including ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• SQL / Snowflake (cloud data warehousing)
• Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, causal inference, predictive modeling)
• Large Language Models (LLM) Development & Deployment (fine-tuning, LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Cloud ML Platform & Orchestration (Amazon SageMaker, Airflow)
