About this role
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data transformation workflows using modern data engineering tools and SQL.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources to enable analytics and reporting.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with business and analytics teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar
- Support end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, BI developers, and business analysts
- Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, dashboards, and models
- Contribute to internal capability building, reusable assets, and best practices
- Continuously upskill in data engineering, BI, and emerging analytics technologies
- 4-7 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or BI development.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and data transformation.
- Experience in any data engineering/ETL tools such as: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, KNIME, or similar tools
- Strong experience in dashboard and report development using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ETL concepts
- Ability to design data models optimized for reporting and analytics
- Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
- Strong analytical thinking with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage deliverables independently in fast-paced environments.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Exposure to consulting or client-facing assignments.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Mandatory onsite travel may be required at short notice.
