Front Line Sales (FLS) position in HDFC Life is a Individual Contributor position in Sourcing Role who is expected to achieve the Business Deliverables for the mapped channel partners through professional and engaging relationship and gain mind share.

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team business targets (New Business, renewals, cross-sell, and persistency).
• Identify and convert new business opportunities from assigned bank branches.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with bank branch staff, and senior bank officials. -Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to ensure timely policy issuance and servicing. -Monitor persistency ratios and ensure high renewal retention.
• Maintain ethical sales practices and transparent communication with customers.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, MIS, and branch performance.

Critical to Quality (CTQ) Criteria for the profile:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
• Age: 21 to 38 yrs
• Sales Experience: 3 years for Sr. CAM (Minimum 1 year of Insurance would preferred)

• One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go-getter attitude.
• One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets as it is field sales job.
