Position: Sr Co - Ordinator (Product Listing)

Key Responsibilities:

Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, manage, and update product listings across the brand website and major marketplaces, including Myntra (PPMP/Omni), Ajio, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Tata CLiQ, and Nykaa Fashion.
• Prepare, validate, and upload bulk catalog templates using Excel/CSV files while ensuring accurate product information, including SKU, style code, size, color, fabric, occasion, HSN, and GST attributes.
• Map style codes and EAN/barcodes with marketplace-specific product identifiers such as ASIN, FSN, and Myntra Style IDs.
• Maintain accurate size charts, product attributes, and content consistency across all platforms.

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor and resolve listing issues, quality check (QC) rejections, image-related issues, and attribute compliance violations within defined marketplace SLAs.
• Ensure timely product onboarding and catalog updates to maximize assortment availability and visibility.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and category teams for listing approvals, issue resolution, and business growth initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track catalog health metrics, including:
• Live vs. pending SKUs
• Suppressed listings
• Content quality scores
• Return trends and reason analysis
• Generate and share weekly and monthly reports on:
• Catalog coverage
• Sell-through performance
• Best-selling and slow-moving styles
• Listing health and compliance status

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience Ecommerce website and marketplace listing.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and Nykaa Fashion.
• Strong understanding of product catalog structures, attributes, taxonomy, and listing optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Data validation
• Bulk template handling and data cleansing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Fashion & Apparel industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be an added advantage.
