Job Summary:
We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Senior Controllership Associate I with 1.5 - 3 years of experience in full-cycle AP processing. In this role, you will manage invoice Processing, three-way matching and monthly reconciliation.
We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Senior Controllership Associate I with 1.5 - 3 years of experience in full-cycle AP processing. In this role, you will manage invoice Processing, three-way matching and monthly reconciliation.
Key
- Invoice Processing & Matching: Review, code, and enter vendor invoices, credit memos using 3-way matching & 2 Way (PO, receiving report, invoice).
- Month-End Closing Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including AP accruals and aging report analysis.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure invoices are booked to correct Tax codes.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement,) to resolve PO bottlenecks and Chase with requestors to approve aged invoices or to resolve the queries. Qualifications
- Experience: 1.5 - 3 years of hands-on accounts payable or general accounting experience.
- Notice period: 0- 15 days (Preferably Immediate joiner)
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Practical experience with ERP systems SAP, Ariba Etc.
- Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental and vendor interactions.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
