Implementation Delivery

• Planningconfiguratiod deployment of the Hospital Information System (HIS) modules across clinical and administrative departments.
• Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis with hospital teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
• Map and document hospital workflowsdefine configuration parametersand manage master data setup.
• Create implementation plans monitor milestonesand ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) validatiod go-live activitiesensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide on-site or remote implementation support during critical phases of rollout.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact between hospital usersinternal product teamsand third-party vendors.
• Conduct regular meetings and status reviews with hospital management and project sponsors.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians administratorsand IT staff to promote smooth adoption and user satisfaction.

Training Documentation

• Develop and deliver end-user training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Prepare user manuals SOPsand process documentation tailored to the hospital s setup.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and post-implementation handover to support teams.

Post-Go-Live Support Optimization

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support during the stabilization phase after go-live.
• Analyze user feedbackidentify process improvement opportunitiesand recommend system enhancements.
• Work closely with product teams to escalate and resolve system defects or feature gaps.

Project Goverce Reporting

• Track project progressprepare dashboardsand report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with internal qualitydata securityand healthcare regulatory standards
• Support audits and documentation for project closure and handover.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Healthcare ManagementComputer ScienceInformation Systems or equivalent field.
• 8+ years of experience in HIS or EMR/EHR system implementation in hospitals or healthcare technology companies.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows - RegistrationOP/IP billing PharmacyLaboratory RadiologyOT Nursing and Medical Records.
• Hands-on experience in HIS configurationUATand go-live management .
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze datatroubleshoot issuesand coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using project tracking tools (e. g. JiraAsanaMS Project).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to integration standards like HL7FHIRDICOMand interfaces with LIS/RIS/PACS systems.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL) and basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Certification or prior experience in healthcare IT systems is an advantage.
