The opportunity: Senior Consultant-National-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - ServiceNow - Pan India.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM platform configuration and implementation and Agentic AI with Custom Application Development experience.
• Proficient in developing Flow Designer workflows, Workspace features, and platform integrations for enterprise use cases.
• Working knowledge of CMDB fundamentals, including data model basics and configuration item relationships.
• Experience in building and supporting ServiceNow CSM and portal development solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• SPM Developer (4+ years)
• Agentic AI with Custom Application Development experience
