Your key responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in tax advisory with a strong focus on M&A Tax transactions and structuring. Ability to analyze complex deal scenarios and identify tax implications across merger, acquisition, and restructuring activities. Proficient in applying tax technical knowledge to support due diligence, transaction planning, and advisory deliverables. Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border tax considerations relevant to M&A engagements. Experience in preparing clear, technically sound recommendations aligned with transaction objectives and compliance requirements.

• Experience: 2+
