About this role
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, constitutional law, administrative law, arbitration, dispute resolution, and government legal frameworks.
- Expertise in contract drafting and vetting, legal advisory, litigation management, legal due diligence, compliance management, procurement laws, and regulatory frameworks, including GFR 2017, GeM procurement guidelines, and other applicable government regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, agreements, RFPs, tender documents, legal notices, policy notes, SOPs, legal opinions, affidavits, RTI responses, and governance documentation.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, statutory compliance, legal risk assessment, audit and vigilance matters, and coordination with external legal counsel and government authorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal documentation management systems, with excellent legal research, analytical, drafting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
