Sr. Consultant/Lead Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Recruit highly qualified external candidates for full-time professional and managerial positions within the company
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and Qualifications
• Play a lead role in the development of and / or develops and implements recruitment plans to proactively fill positions in a timely manner.
• Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties
• Partners with hiring managers to negotiate salaries and compensation packages

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring, preferably within the Manufacturing/Engineering sector.
