- Strong knowledge of sports event planning, event operations, venue management, competition management, logistics, accreditation, scheduling, and event governance.
- Experience in event budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, procurement coordination, risk assessment, contingency planning, and post-event closure.
- Sound understanding of Government procedures, event-related SOPs, compliance requirements, and coordination with host agencies and other stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing event operational plans, concept notes, SOPs, event manuals, presentations, budget estimates, review reports, and management briefs.
- Experience in developing event calendars, operational plans, and monitoring frameworks to ensure timely and successful execution of events.
- Experience in media publicity and communication, including drafting press releases, articles, advertisements, and digital content for sports initiatives and events.
