CNS - BC - Marketing Sales & Service

In this role, EY Consulting focuses on transforming businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. The scope includes Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services. Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. It encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management. It has multiple fields of play such as Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, delivering better outcomes and helping clients improve operations performance to support sales growth, cost competitiveness, risk minimization and operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to apply structured problem-solving approaches to diagnose business challenges and develop actionable solutions. Strong command over consulting frameworks to analyze processes, identify gaps, and support recommendation development. Proficient in analytical thinking and data-driven assessment to evaluate issues, trends, and business performance. Experience in owning individual workstreams or work areas with disciplined execution and delivery. Exposure to sales and marketing contexts to support consulting engagements in customer-facing business environments.
