Role & responsibilities

To lead and manage the Companys corporate secretarial, statutory compliance, corporate governance and regulatory affairs functions, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, applicable SEBI regulations, Secretarial Standards, stock exchange requirements and other applicable laws.

The Company Secretary will act as a key advisor to the Board and senior management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and corporate law matters. Corporate Secretarial & Companies Act Compliance Board & General Meetings

SEBI & Stock Exchange Compliance

For a listed/public company, as applicable: Corporate Governance

Regulatory & Legal Coordination

Secretarial Audit & Compliance Monitoring Investor & Shareholder Matters

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Graduate degree in any discipline.
LLB / MBA / Finance qualification will be an added advantage.
Membership with ICSI should be in good standing.
