About this role
We are hiring Senior Software Engineers to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on reviewing and improving AI-generated code.
This is a code quality and engineering evaluation role - not a traditional testing or manual QA position.
What Youll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated code across different languages and engineering scenarios
- Assess code for correctness, security, scalability, readability, and maintainability
- Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and architectural weaknesses
- Analyze unfamiliar codebases and understand proposed changes
- Review bug fixes, feature implementations, refactoring, APIs, and database operations
- Improve code and create high-quality reference solutions
- Provide clear technical feedback and develop code-quality evaluation criteria
What Were Looking For
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, PHP, or Rust
- Experience building, debugging, maintaining, and reviewing production-grade software
- Strong knowledge of software design, clean code, architecture, and maintainability
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience with code reviews and Git
- Good understanding of algorithms, APIs, databases, and application architecture
- Strong written English and ability to communicate technical feedback clearly
Selection Process
- AI Interview - approximately 20 minutes
- Delivery Interview - approximately 45-60 minutes
