Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• Handle internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance, expenses, and profitability.
• Manage financial controls, risk assessment, and process improvements.
• Advise management on financial planning, cost optimization, and business decisions.
• Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership of ICAI.
• Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
