This role is for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of retail industry experience who can use data, analytics, and business knowledge to improve retail performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the Retail domain and strong expertise in Retail Performance Analytics. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of store performance, revenue growth management (RGM), assortment optimization, merchandising analytics, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.

- Knowledge of retail KPIs such as Sales Growth, Revenue, Gross Margin, Basket Size, Inventory Turnover, Sell-through Rate, Store Productivity.
