We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our Partner Data ecosystem and ETL-driven data intake platform. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate needs into clear system requirements that improve data quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Responsibilities - Lead requirements discovery
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyze data flows, integrations, and system logic
- Identify automation and data quality improvements
- Investigate issues and recommend solutions
- Support agile delivery
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
- 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience
- strong analytical skills
- Excel and SQL proficiency
- experience with ETL or data intake systems
- agile/Scrum experience
- excellent communication skills
- availability for 7:30 AM CT meetings
- Higher education or OPM experience
- Jira, Confluence, Salesforce
- API and data governance knowledge
