In our Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions organization, you will be a senior analyst in the Procurement Analytics group for indirect sourcing. Your role will drive the change and bring new capabilities to the organization. You will be responsible for driving value across indirect spend categories by combining
strategic sourcing expertise with
data, analytics, and digital enablement . This role partners closely with global procurement, finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to improve
spend visibility, sourcing effectiveness, supplier performance, and decision-making speed through modern digital tools and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities Indirect Procurement, Digital & Analytics
- Drive data‑led cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation projects across global indirect spend categories (e.g., IT, marketing, logistics, CapEx, services), ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance.
- Own and advance digital procurement and analytics platforms (e.g., spend analytics, sourcing tools, contract repositories, GEP Quantum), acting as product owner/business analyst.
- Deliver end‑to‑end Total Delivered Cost (TDC) analytics solutions including dashboards, KPIs, and self‑service insights across spend, savings, supplier performance, contracts, and market trends.
- Translate ERP, sourcing platform and procurement data into actionable insights and executive‑ready narratives to support faster, better decisions.
Stakeholder & Change Enablement
- Partner with global stakeholders as a trusted advisor, converting insights into clear procurement recommendations.
- Lead cross‑functional improvements to procurement processes, taxonomy, and master data governance.
- Support senior leadership engagement, global forums, training, and change management for new digital and analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or Analytics.
- 6+ years’ experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, supply chain analytics, or procurement transformation.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, multi‑geography teams and use data & analytics to drive sourcing and savings outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Digital & Technical Skills
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred; ThoughtSpot, Tableau good-to-have skills) and working knowledge of ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., spend analytics, sourcing tools).
- Ability to structure, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to spend, suppliers, and contracts to generate insights.
- Exposure to automation, data governance, or digital product ownership within procurement environments.
- Proven project and portfolio management skills, with ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously (certification a plus).
