About this role
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Prepare business cases, problem statements, and value justification documents for analytics and digital initiatives
- Translate business requirements into structured deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories
- Work closely with analytics, BI, and technical teams to shape solution approaches
- Prepare executive presentations, leadership decks, and summary reports highlighting insights, impact, and recommendations
- Support and deliver solution walkthroughs, demos, and proofs-of-concept for stakeholders and leadership
- Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, success criteria, and benefit realization frameworks
- Coordinate UAT, validate outputs against business expectations, and support sign-offs
- Act as a bridge between business users and delivery teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including dashboards, reporting, automation, and AI-driven use cases
- Contribute to pre-sales, proposal support, and internal capability building (If required)
- Continuously upskill in analytics, data concepts, and digital and AI technologies
- 4+ years of overall experience in any business or functional domain
- Strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder interactions, and requirement documentation
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple, business-friendly manner
- Exposure to analytics, BI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Basic understanding of data concepts, KPIs, dashboards, or reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and similar
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery models
