Role: Sr. BIM Engineer - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely production of project documentation as per the details given by the Engineer / Manager and company

standards.

• Study the disciplines before starting the models.
• Carry out DWG clean-ups for GF/QC.
• Create BIM models for the individual disciplines.
• Ensure modelling is done as per standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators / Engineers.
• Highlight issues to the Coordinators / Engineers.
• Create, develop and extract 2D documentation from the models.
• Export / print from the documentation Revit files.
• Produce revised shop drawings within the timeframe provided by the Coordinators / Engineers upon receiving commented

drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college.
• 3+ years of experience in the BIM industry.
• High level of proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passionate and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic; someone who meets deadlines consistently and can handle an extensive volume of projects.
• Knowledge of other related software (Dynamo, InfraWorks) is an added advantage.
