Sr. Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analyses for billing purposes.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as bill checking, client billing, subcontractor billing, and final account reconciliations.
  
• Review contractor bills and verify their accuracy before submission to clients or project managers.
  
• Ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual billing statements to clients according to agreed-upon schedules.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement) to resolve any discrepancies related to material requirements or invoicing errors.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in civil engineering construction projects with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, QS activities.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution; knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel).
  
• Strong understanding of Indian standards (IS) codes for measurement practices; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
