Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the MFIB segment.
- Manage and nurture relationships with microfinance clients and individual banking customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all sales and service activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product offerings and service improvements.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams to facilitate timely loan disbursal and manage portfolio quality.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to senior management.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience through efficient service delivery and resolution of client issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement targeted campaigns for the MFIB segment.
