Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the MFIB segment.
- Manage and nurture relationships with microfinance clients and individual banking customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling bank products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales and service activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and service delivery.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams to facilitate timely loan disbursal and manage portfolio quality.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales and service team to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills.
