Work Model: Complete work from office including 1st/3rd/5th Saturday

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 812 years of Business Analysis experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in:
• Stressed/NPA asset lifecycle
• Collections strategies & legal proceedings (SARFAESI, DRT, OTS, restructuring)
• Credit risk and regulatory guidelines
• Hands-on experience with enterprise workflow tools, case management platforms, or risk systems.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work with SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and MIS structuring.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience leading a team of BAs planning, work allocation and tracking.
• Knowledge of data model design

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital collections technologies, EWS frameworks, and AI/ML-driven risk models.
• Exposure to integration-heavy projects across core banking systems, LMS, and legal platforms.
• Experience leading multi-location or enterprise-scale program deliveries
