Job Description:

Create new fields/columns in Redshift and trace downstream propagation (DBT QuickSight reports).

•            Build and modify DBT views staging, intermediate, and marts layers.
•            Understand and maintain data lineage across the full stack.
•            Architect new data feeds for reporting and analytics consumption (Glue, S3, Redshift).
•            Build ETL/ELT pipelines for new data sources as they come online.
•            Design and implement schema changes with full impact analysis before deployment.
•            Collaborate with reporting team members on the reporting data layer they handle BI; this role handles engineering.
•            Write and optimize complex SQL for data transformations and performance tuning.
•            Partner with Data Governance Analyst to ensure new objects are cataloged and documented at creation
