Sr/Asst- Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

The Regional Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading both direct and distributor sales channels for the companys basic chemicals portfolio (including chlor-alkali products and PVC products). The role requires strong commercial acumen, market intelligence, and cross functional coordination to maximize profitability and market share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Drive volume growth and maximize margins across domestic markets

• Develop and execute sales strategies for chlor-alkali and PVC products • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities

• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals

2. Marketing & Business Development

• Identify new markets, applications, and customer segments to expand business reach

• Develop long-term contracts with key industrial customers

• Explore downstream integration and value-added opportunities

• Track competitor pricing and develop counter-strategies

• Analyze customer buying behavior and demographic patterns to optimize quotations and offerings

3. Channel Management (Direct & Distributor Sales)

• Manage and grow both direct institutional sales and distributor networks

• Appoint, develop, and monitor distributor performance

• Ensure effective market coverage and penetration across regions

• Maintain pricing discipline across channels

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Handle key account management and lead strategic negotiations

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

• Resolve escalations and ensure service excellence

5. Pricing & Commercial Excellence

• Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on demand-supply scenarios

• Manage contract pricing, spot sales, and export pricing structures

• Optimize contribution margins and ensure cost competitiveness

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures

6. Supply Chain & Plant Coordination

• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams • Ensure efficient product allocation and timely order fulfillment

• Manage inventory levels and optimize distribution networks

• Align sales plans with plant capacities and supply constraints

7. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team

• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability

• Build a high-performance, result-oriented culture

• Encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
