Sr. Associate - Technical Product Management

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll module, including Fast Formula, Extracts, business rules, workflows, and metadata framework.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into system solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the Oracle HCM application, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing of system changes in preview and production environments, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
• Document configuration changes for stakeholders.
• Support mass data uploads into the application as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, with at least 2 years directly configuring payroll and OTL modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management within the application.
• Experience with system configuration, business rule creation, workflow administration, and data analysis in Oracle HCM.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business partners and technical teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with other Oracle HCM modules, particularly Time and Labor and Absence, is a plus
• Oracle HCM certification (payroll) preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.
