Sr Associate - Social & Content

• Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
• Develop static creatives, carousels, reels, short -form videos, captions, and campaign content tailored to each platform
• Support planning and execution of the social media content calendar
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, research reports, events, product launches,
• customer stories, and leadership content into social -first formats
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Corporate
• Communications, and regional marketing teams
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform best practices
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas
• Assist in monitoring content performance and leverage insights for optimization

• 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
• Understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills

• Takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, and proactively identifies content opportunities
• Works effectively with cross -functional teams and builds strong stakeholder relationships
• Thrives in a fast -paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities and deadlines

• Experience in B2B SaaS, Travel Technology, Hospitality, Marketing Technology, or Agency environments
