The opportunity: Senior Associate-TMT-SaT-SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities

• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis to support end-to-end M&A execution.
• Proficient in preparing investment memorandums, deal materials, and other transaction collateral with high analytical rigor.
• Ability to conduct in-depth industry research and synthesize insights to support transaction strategy and decision-making.
• Experience in executing LBO analysis and evaluating deal structures for buy-side and sell-side mandates.
• Working knowledge of SPA and transaction documentation, with exposure to buyer-seller liaison and deal coordination.

• M&A Experience (3+ years)
