About the Role

As a part of the Placement Operations team of upGrad's Learning Support Centres, you will play a key role in managing placement-related operations, including data handling, resume screening, and coordination for placement drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and manage placement data using MS Excel with high accuracy.
• Screen and shortlist resumes against defined job requirements.
• Organize candidate databases and track progress across placement stages.
• Coordinate with internal teams for placement drives and related activities.
• Prepare placement reports and ensure timely, confidential data updates.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, sorting, and reporting).
• Ability to screen and assess candidate resumes.
• Strong attention-to-detail and communication skills.
• Open to graduate freshers with an interest in operations and recruitment.
