Job Description

• Managing Group Operations partners with login to issuance (capacity to handle multiple partners)
• Interacting with Partners/MPH and internal business teams for closure of pending cases
• TAT maintenance of Login to Issuance and requirements closures
• Communicating with internal stakeholders/departments involved in login to issuance
• Period Training/meeting with partners/sales on Digital enablers and issuance pending cases
• Ability to review/ the customer documents/CDF/forms as per underwriting/company requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written
• Should have versed with excels & presentations.
• Good in problem solving & analytical skills
• Detail Oriented & diligent
