Sr Associate - Full Stack Developer

Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React/Next.js.
• Build robust backend services, APIs and business logic using Python .
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React/Next.js .
• Work with SQL databases for data querying, manipulation and integration.
• Integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities into applications using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain .
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot applications on AWS Cloud .
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code and contribute to application performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of software/full-stack development experience
• Strong hands-on Python development
• Hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with AWS Cloud services
• Exposure to LLMs, LangChain and Amazon Bedrock
• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Git/version control

Good to Have

• Experience building GenAI/LLM-powered applications
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG or vector databases
• Experience with AWS-based application deployment and services
• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native development
