Who are we

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Associate - Full Stack AI Engineer to join Bains Bain Capability Network - Data Business COE. You will be a core contributor building the next generation of AI-powered products and intelligent workflows that transform how Bains global consulting teams work.

This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI development and full stack engineering. You will work alongside senior engineers, data scientists, and consulting teams to rapidly prototype and scale AI solutions - from LLM-powered applications to agentic systems - in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
