Job Description:  Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day commercial and business operations activities. Ensure timely processing of quotations, pricing requests, approvals, and order-related transactions. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth business execution. Monitor compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and process controls. Maintain and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Support business reviews, audits, documentation, and governance activities. Assist in resolving operational escalations and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs. Ensure accuracy of business data and maintain process documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, CBO, or Process Management. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Good understanding of business processes, order management, and operational controls. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
